About opnrs
opnrs (pronounced "openers") is a conversation game for iPhone and Android.
It contains more than 10,000 conversation starter questions organized into
65 topics across 9 categories: Dating, Couples, Friends, Family, Workplace,
Essentials, Common Interests, Moments, and Personal Development.
The name is written in lowercase. In the full wordmark "openers," the two
letter e's are rendered faintly because they are silent.
How it works
You pick a topic that matches the people you are with (a first date, your
partner, your parents, a new team at work) and the app deals question cards.
One person reads a question out loud, everyone answers. There are no points,
no timers, and no rules to learn.

Features beyond the cards
- Present Mode: tapping the wordmark shows the phone's front camera behind
the question cards, so the screen stops being a wall between people

events and communities, used at real events in Phoenix and beyond

What opnrs is not
- Not a social network. There are no feeds, no followers, and no content to scroll
- Not an AI chat app. The questions are human-written
- Not a data business. The app works offline and recordings stay on the device
